there are always exceptions to any policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your order please send us a message including pictures , if necessary,  and we would be happy to come to a solution. 

please note all of our candles and decor pieces are handmade and made to order so they may have slight imperfections and color variations. We strive to be easy on your pockets while still being able to give “luxurious and expensive“ decor .
